My work isn't about silent retreats or spiritual perfection. It's about creating gentle, grounded calm that fits into the real lives of real women. No pastel affirmations. No toxic positivity. Just honest, accessible tools, for women who are still here, still trying, still looking for one small moment of relief.
A portion of every sale — 5% of all profits — is donated to Face à l'Inceste, a French organisation
working to change the laws that fail children when they disclose incest. It's a small act woven into the work,
because healing in one life has a way of rippling into others.

Here, there's no pressure to "be zen" or rise into some ideal version of yourself. This space is about real life,
which is often messy, busy and beautiful, and finding small pockets of peace you can actually reach.
Inside this sanctuary of dark florals and soft shadows, you'll find simple, grounded practices that help you come
back to yourself. Five minutes at a time. Breath by breath. No fixing. No striving. Just gentle returning.

You're carrying so much, and somewhere in the middle of all of it, you've lost the thread back to yourself. Not falling apart, just quietly, persistently not quite there. I know that feeling. And that's exactly why I created this. Three days, ten minutes each, to help you come back to your breath, understand why you feel the way you feel, and find your way home to yourself, gently, without pressure.
